House Vice Captain
In my role with Aravallis House, I focused on fostering a strong sense of community among over 150 students. I led the organization of various cultural and athletic events, including dance performances, chart-making competitions, and sports activities, ensuring that each event was engaging and inclusive for all participants. My goal was to create an environment where everyone felt valued and motivated to contribute.
Under my leadership, our house secured 2nd place out of 6 in the annual competitions, reflecting our hard work and dedication. This experience enhanced my organizational and leadership skills while teaching me the importance of teamwork and effective communication. I learned to unite diverse groups, inspiring collaboration toward common goals, and gained valuable insights into community engagement that I carry into all my endeavors.
